By accessing and using the Heal in Moldova website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Heal in Moldova provides medical tourism coordination and facilitation services, including:

- Online medical consultations and evaluations - Coordination of dental and cosmetic surgery treatments - Travel logistics organization (accommodation, transfer) - Support before, during and after treatment

We are not a medical clinic or direct provider of medical services. We act as an intermediary between patients and partner clinics/doctors.

To use our services, you must:

- Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent - Provide accurate and complete information - Have legal capacity to enter into contracts - Not use services for illegal purposes

Important: Information on our website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. It does not replace consultation with a qualified doctor.

You are responsible for: - Providing complete and accurate medical history - Informing about allergies, medications and pre-existing conditions - Following pre and post-operative recommendations - Obtaining all necessary medical clearances

Price Estimates: Prices provided are estimates based on available information. Final price may vary depending on clinical evaluation and treatment complexity.

Payments: - A 20% deposit confirms the booking - Balance is paid at the clinic before or after treatment - We accept cash, cards and bank transfer - Prices are in EUR or MDL equivalent

Refunds: Deposit is non-refundable for cancellations less than 14 days before scheduled date, except in cases of force majeure.

Client Cancellation: - More than 14 days before: full refund minus processing fees - 7-14 days before: 50% deposit refund - Less than 7 days: deposit is non-refundable

Cancellation by us: In case of cancellation by us or the clinic, you will receive a full refund or free rescheduling.

Rescheduling: Permitted free of charge at least 7 days in advance.

Our Responsibilities: - Facilitating communication with partner clinics - Organizing logistics according to contract - Providing accurate information to the best of our knowledge

Limitations of Liability: We are not responsible for: - Results of medical treatments - Complications or side effects - Actions or omissions of partner clinics/doctors - Indirect or consequential losses - Delays due to causes beyond our control

Treatment guarantees are provided directly by partner clinics and are subject to their terms and conditions.

Typical guarantees include: - Dental implants: 10 years - Crowns and veneers: 5 years

Guarantee does not cover: - Failure to follow care instructions - Trauma or accidents - Normal wear and tear

All content on the site (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Heal in Moldova or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not: - Copy, distribute or reproduce content - Use our logo or brand - Create derivative works

without our prior written consent.

Collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts in Chisinau, Moldova.

For EU clients, they also benefit from rights conferred by EU consumer protection legislation.
